All our items are final sale, including flower arrangements, balloon gifts, customized chocolates and favours.

Therefore, there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed. 

For damaged items upon delivery, other than flower arrangements, balloon gifts, customized chocolates, and favours, or products that are sent to you in a packaging box by a third party shipping company, please contact us at hfiveinc@gmail.com with clear pictures as soon as the items are received to solve any issue.
